All we need is just a little Patience
The above photo is of three Willow Tree angels that I own in my small collection. I purchased the 'grouping' following my miscarriage in 2003. They are (from left to right) the angels of Patience, Miracles and Remembrance. Todd didn't even realize it at the time, but until I delivered our oldest son, every night before bed I would gently rub the little chick on the Miracles angel for "good luck" and lovingly run my fingers up and down the willow branches on the Remembrance angel. It was always followed by a little prayer for Patience.
Last year at Thanksgiving, we weren't quite ready to spill the beans with the world that we were expecting our second child so we were left with simply making a veiled hint in our annual web greeting. This year we're sharing our holiday with two beautiful sons, and my birthday weekend with friends. Who could ask for more? Wishes for the very happiest of Thanksgivings from our home to yours!
