Normally I don't take sick pleasure in other's misfortunes.

But when a little birdie told me yesterday that our former realtor affectionately known as Asshole had been seen moving his belongings out of his office into Budget and U-Haul trucks over the weekend — and a new attorney sign had gone up over that building this week — well I couldn't help but start giggling like a little school girl. He had been in those offices for nearly half a decade. And now as if like magic, his realtor.com website has went "poof!" into the ether as well. (Let's not forget that he had to lay-off his years-long secretary in May, so there is a pattern here.)

Good riddance, Asshole. Don't let the Century 21 "SOLD" sign hit ya' on the way out...
