Someone saved my life tonight

[SOLD]

The above photo was taken yesterday in front of our old home in Tampa Bay. We closed Wednesday afternoon and are now 'temporarily homeless' until we close on our new home in the Orlando area on August 24th.

The long national nightmare has ended. We finally sold and closed on our home in Tampa Bay on July 25th!

You can read about the full details over at Flickr — but I just have to take a quick second to thank our realtor Kendra McClish of Century 21 Sunshine Realty.

She sold our old house in New Port Richey exactly three weeks to the day that she put a lockbox on the front door. The sign on the lawn and MLS listing were two days shy of being up the full three weeks.

During the brief listing with Kendra, our home showed more than it had from January to June with our previous realtor! She is simply amazing and we can't recommend her enough if you need to sell (or buy) a home in the Tampa Bay area!

We are set to close on our new house in Orlando on August 24th. We're almost home! Thanks to everyone for the prayers and well-wishes thus far!

-Robyn (and Todd)

P.S. HUGE thanks to Jen for coming up on moving day and helping play human pinball with our boys and all open home-exits to prevent them from going AWOL. I seriously could not have done it without her! (Not to mention, she's provided refuge to our cat Maddie since we moved into temp-housing in Orlando... I'm not sure Maddie will ever be happy with us again after lounging poolside for 6+ months!)
