I'm not going to give my personal views on the current events happening in the state of Florida, because the contents of this entry should speak well enough on their own, and goodness knows there are enough other people out there doing the talking for me.

I would, however, like to direct our Governor to review the State's official website regarding the "Three Branches of Government " and "How the Government Enforces the Law". A brush up on checks and balances if you will.


The State of Florida's website says, and I quote:

The Judicial Branch checks the laws and rules to make sure they are agreeable with the U.S. and State Constitution and don't take away any people's rights.
