California girl Sporty here. Got a call from Todd and Robyn earlier (around 3:15 PST). They've officially lost power. Looks like the power company won't be starting to work on it until about 5am tomorrow morning. Time to bust out the pre-packaged food (mmmm oreos, mmmm spaghetti-o's. mmmmm anything o's). Right now they're still somewhat comfortable and the winds seem to be steady. I'll update you as I get updates.

UPDATE 1 (10:53AM PST) Robyn and Todd are still without power. Everyone else in their surrounding area has power, except for them, including the local grocery store. They're all pretty hot and cranky right now, as to be expected. I'd be cranky too if I were the only neighborhood without power in hot rainy weather. I'm thinking that they're getting sick of prepackaged food since they just got back from Subway. They've seen some utility trucks go by, but no ETA on when things will be up and running again. Robyn told me that their area gets served by a co-op electric company(?) and that they're usually the last to get power. Keep as cool as you can guys. I'll be hoping you get power soon.
