UPDATE: The national news story of the day... So glad I could help pump up their stats!
I finally did it. I broke down and joined Flickr. There are a few photos there that haven't been published on Shutterblog before, if you're so inclined. I've resisted going "pro" for now, because quite frankly I'm going to have anything but time to play around on yet another photo site in the upcoming weeks. But I'm sure that will change one day. I'm a peer-pressure sucker like that. Might I just add that ginadapooh so completely and totally rocks because out of the blue, she just gave me a "pro" account for one year. Thank you thank you thank you!
Todd found an interesting article today about certain photo labs (*cough*, Wal Mart, *cough*) that are refusing to print digital photographs because they "look too professional".
So let that be a lesson to ya'! You may be all proud of your new fancy, schmancy Nikon D70, but that doesn't mean the fine folks at Wally World think you deserve prints of your latest and greatest digital masterpieces.
And last but not least...you cannot resist the cuteness... I double-dog dare you! Video of our son playing "Where's the Baby?" We're down to T-minus 9 days and counting 'til delivery folks! Breathe in...breathe out... And not just during those Braxton-Hicks! Oh, by the way, this will be the last pre-birth update of Shutterblog.com. We simply won't have time in the upcoming days with final preparations and family arrivals...
Can we please take a quick "moment for us" before I wrap this entry up? Should you read the birth-news here or somewhere else and want to blog about it (and thank you for being as excited as we are if so!), we just ask one small favor in return... We try very hard to keep our sons' names out of search engines like Google. Any time you see their names here they are either encrypted text or text-images (such as "the baby talk" section in the sidebar). If you mention the big arrival on your sites, we ask that you please refrain from describing the boys by name first or last unless using one of the techniques referenced above. Thank you so much for your understanding and respect of our wishes!
As always, you can get e-mail notices of our updates. Just sign up over in the sidebar!
