Beauty's where you find it

I have no idea what type of plant/flower this is. It's growing wild all around our neighbor's yard. So we'll just call it "Florida Native Weeds with Pretty Red Flowers On It" for non-simplicity's sake, ok?

There's just something about Daylight Savings Time starting up again... Especially in the 'sunshine state'. Until the weather gets too hot to breathe in sometime around late May or early June, there is simply no better place to live on the face of the earth!

At the end of the month, we're taking the annual springtime-trek over to the Magic Kingdom to show our boy the Mouse for the first time. Hopefully then I'll have even more photos to prove that theory...
